Physician-Initiated
Index patients are offered DNA-poli by their treating physician, then jointly assess at-risk relatives to invite.
Decide about DNA-testing
At-risk family members receive expert-curated information about the hereditary condition in their family, helping them to decide about DNA-testing.
Early Detection
Provide tailored pre-counseling information, available at any time and pace, to ensure well-informed relatives and greatly reduced counseling times.
Cascade Screening
Newly identified carriers can directly initiate cascade screening, inviting at-risk relatives to the platform, ensuring efficient healthcare.
